Meet our new preferred caterer Chef Dana Johannessen with Utah Catering and Cakes.  She is a remarkable culinary artist who has years of experience feeding thousands of people along the Wasatch Front including large conventions.   Many of her recipes accommodate Gluten-free, soy-free, and allergen-free entrées.  Her exceptional cuisine is realistic priced and is displayed in impressive presentations.

Looking for a cake designer with a lot of experience?  Dana designs and bakes cakes of all styles and sizes.  She can tackle any photo of your dream cake, so bring it in!

Remember that you are not required to use Utah Catering and Cakes, but we do highly recommend them.

Presentation, service, setting & busing of tables, and clean up is the responsibility of the caterer, whoever you choose, including self-catering. This is contracted between your caterer and you.

For added class, use our Tableware Package, with includes the setting of tables and washing the dishes.  For the class this brings to your event, you’ll find it very reasonably priced.
