Wedding planning for your booked event is coordinated between you and our Event Planner. Through face-to-face meetings, email, and phone calls, your planner helps create a unique celebration that will fit your personal style and budget. Every evening event is assisted by an Ivy House Event Host. The host is there to coordinate with your pre-designated main representative, usually the mother of the bride or a close family member. Your host will also manage the AC, heating and sound system needs, coordinate accessibility needs of the caterers, coordinate the rearrangement of tables when needed, coordinate with security, light the centerpiece candles, complete previously planned needs (cutting the cake, MC, etc) and help coordinate the bride and groom’s exit for the night.
Parking Security Attendant
All events after dark will have a parking attendant who will direct guest parking and entrance. This person is also our eyes outside the venue.
